Shipping & Delivery Policy

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine prints, Pro Healthywayz International is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame and last but not least with a very transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We currently deliver to more than 6280 pin code destinations throughout India. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays.

We charge Rs. 50/- as courier charges on all ordered through Pro Healthywayz International webiste. Orders are shipped through FIRSTFLIGHT, BLUEDART, DTDC, ARAMEX, PROFESSIONAL COURIER, SPEEDPOST, REGISTRY POST and other services also. Orders are shipped within 72 hours or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.


Please check the Item while taking the delivery from our Courier Company. If you deem the product to be in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Please do remember, in case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. In case of any other issue you may contact us on our helpline number immediately.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Pro Healthywayz International understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. But Pro Healthywayz International is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 72 hours from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

NOTE: Shipping delay may occur in rare cases due to stock unavailability

We are committed for delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

  • We charge Rs. 50/- as courier charges on all ordered through Pro Healthywayz International webiste.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7-10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In an unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability..
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 040-40177770 or email us at support@healthywayz.in, mentioning your order reference number and we will get back to you. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations and the delivery time will be 10 - 15 working days from the date of order.
